BOOKKEEPER – Part-time experienced individual needed for Jacksonville Dental Care. Must be QuickBooks proficient, & have a min of 3 yrs exp. Primary duties include weekly writing checks (A/P), maintaining very good documentation, payroll preparation, tax deposits, tax reporting, filing, and account reconciliation. Must be skilled with computers, detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, have excellent organizational skills, and promote the vision and mission of the office. High work ethics and honesty is a must. Successful applicant must sign confidentiality agreement as condition of hire. Must also be willing to submit to background check and/or drug test. Hours for this position are flexible.
