Serves as a Police Specific "Subject Matter Expert" for Military Advisor Training Groups. Implements a police specific training curriculum, which will enable military personnel who have no previous knowledge of police work and who are assigned as Police Advisors to gain a basic understanding of police Training, Tactics and Procedures.
Training requires ability to handle and fire weapons for safety and demonstration purposes.
Civilian Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree is a plus.
Military Education: Prior Military Experience is preferred.
Military/Government: Preferred work experience as a Civilian Law Enforcement (Police) Officer and have worked as a Field Training Officer or a Basic(Civilian) Police Academy Instructor. Previous experience serving as a Military Police Advisor would be a plus. Unblemished law enforcement background. Minimum 10 years law enforcement experience.
Security Clearance: Able to obtain a SECRET Clearance
